Pima County GOP Chairman Carolyn Cox joined us in the studio on Thursday
for "recruitment day." Her mission was to try to persuade me (and
other independent voters like me) that now's the time for us to switch
our loyalty to the Republican Party. (The Dems got their crack at it the
